Applying for a role? Here’s what to expect.

STEP 1​

Pass cognitive aptitude test.
We find that the most reliable way to shortlist the very best candidates is by objectively measuring problem solving skills.

Step 2

Pass English proficiency test.
English language skills are necessary for all positions advertised on Tamem, as most projects and all technologies used require good knowledge of the English language.

Step 3

Prove real-world job skills.
In this step you complete a real-world job assignment which has been curated specifically for your role and the result is graded blindly, to eliminate any potential for bias.

Step 4

Ace an interview or two.
Unlike traditional job interviews which focus on subjective questioning from hiring managers, this step is primer an opportunity for the candidate and hiring manager to assess a mutual team fit.

Step 5

Accept job offer.
Now we have turned applications to offers in as little as three days. Once we’ve identified that someone truly is in the top of the talent pool, we want to place them into a role ASAP.
